Cough Fix Tulsi

Tulsi is a very effective herbal remedy for treating cough and cold. It has antiviral, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties which help to reduce the symptoms of a cough. It can be taken in various forms such as a tea, syrup, powder, or capsule. Additionally, studies have shown that tulsi helps to reduce the severity of cough and the frequency of coughing. To make a tulsi tea, add 1 teaspoon of dried tulsi leaves to 1 cup of hot water. Steep for 10 minutes, strain and drink. For syrup, mix 1 teaspoon of tulsi powder with 1 tablespoon of honey. You can also take tulsi capsules or powder according to the prescribed dosage.
